Why Cinderella's Dress is always blue colour?

Hello, have you watched Cinderella  2015 Movie? because of that blue dress like Cinderella is now "in".
Do you ever know why Cinderella's dress colour is always blue? in facts Cinderella dress has been transformed for one decade.

The first Cinderella movie was from 1899 when the television didn't have any colour. the movie was named Cendrillon, and was directed by Georges Melies from France.

In 1947, The second Cinderella movie was released by Lenfilm Studios from The Soviet Musical Film. The Cinderella was called Zoluskha. Zolushka's dress was white, pinkish colour.
According to my research on the internet, The first Cinderella blue dress was released by Walt Disney In 1950, Actually,  Cinderella's Dress colour was a white or like a sparkly colour, but the artist added the darker blue tint to the dress in order to add contrast.

Walt Disney made the first animated Cinderella movie with rich colour. This animated movie has been nominated in AFI's for 100 years, therefore the popular Cinderella blue dress started from Walt Disney.
In 1989, Aschenputtel or Cinderella was adapted from Grimm brothers' version and produced by Omnia film. The Aschenputtel dress colour was a copper colour.
In 1994 the animated Cinderella was distributed by Good Times Entertainment. This Cinderella story is based on Charles Perrault version.

In 1997, Walt Disney produced a  Cinderella musical telefilm. The Cinderella star was Brandy. This movie was adapted by Robert. L. Freedman and directed by Robert Iscove. The Cinderella dress must be a blue colour because was produced by Walt Disney.
In 2000, Cinderella TV film was produced by Projector Pictures in the UK. The Cinderella Story is based on various stories of Cinderella, but The dress was a blue colour.
In 2015, it was produced by David Barron, Simon Kinberg and Allison Shearmur for Walt Disney Pictures. Cinderella in 2015 is a British Romantic Fantasy film. The Cinderella Story is based on Cendrillon by Charles Perrault.  The dress is must be blue because of Walt Disney's Cinderella trademark.
